Try These Simple Techniques

  • Box Breathing: Inhale – Hold – Exhale – Hold (each for 4 seconds)
  • 4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8
  • Alternate Nostril Breathing: Balances both sides of the brain

Consistency is key. Set aside even 5 minutes a day and notice how your energy shifts.
